Sacred Heart pre-kindergarten provides developmentally appropriate
opportunities for children to grow academically, creatively, physically,
socially, and spiritually.

Our priority is to build children's self-esteem and confidence by encouraging them to take appropriate risks and erxercise decision-making skills.

We concentrate on the four main areas of a child's development: cognitive,
social, emotional and physical. The pre-kindergarten class is child centered,
allowing for flexibility and creativity. Throughout the year, children will be
engaged in various activities including language arts, math, science, cooking, art,
music, dramatic play, computer, and social interactions.

We have weekly themes and routines that allow a child to learn at his or her own pace and in a safe environment while having fun and making friends.
