Students at Sacred Heart School are given the opportunity to participate in a number of service projects throughout the school year and provide assistance and support for many less fortunate. These include: Snack packs for the homeless; Thanksgiving dinners for needy families; Christmas presents for needy families; a Lenten project which raises money for a sister parish in Haiti; collection of money for dog training for the Chicago Regional Search & Rescue Team; donation of Halloween candy for Hilda’s Place; a 5K run to raise money for a school in Guatemala; and others as they are brought to our attention.
