Eighth grade students volunteer to work on the yearbook. Work begins when the school year starts. Digital pictures are taken. The students sift through the pictures, find appropriate themes and captions, and arrange and rearrange the pages until they are just perfect.

There are several deadlines they have to meet. By the end of March all the pages have been sent to the publisher. Shortly before the end of school the book is distributed to the students to enjoy.
